Shelly Looney graduated from Concordia University at Austin in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and from Concordia University Texas in 2011 with her Master’s in Education. She is married to Stephen with three children and is currently employed with the Round Rock Independent School District.
Vice President
Candice Hill graduated from Concordia University Texas with a Bachelor’s in Christian Education and Behavioral Sciences in 2008. She is currently serving as an Admissions Counselor for CTX. Candice is married to Nathaniel Hill, ’08 and is living in Winchester, Texas.
Treasurer
Reza Farahani graduated in 2010 from Concordia University Texas with a BA in Accounting. He is currently serving as the in-house Accountant and Registrar for Texas Pharmacy Association. Reza lives in Northwest Austin.
Secretary
Liz Zoch graduated from Lutheran Concordia College of Texas in 1960 and from Concordia Lutheran College in 1982 with a BA in Elementary Education. She is retired from thirty-two years teaching in Lutheran schools. She is married to Ted Zoch who retired from CTX and two of their four children are CTX graduates. Liz was active in the CTX Guild for about forty years. She is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Austin, Texas and serves on the Outreach Board and in LWML. Her hobbies include the Austin Area Quilting Guild and Bridge Club. Liz is expecting her eleventh grandchild in February.

Layne Jungmann graduated from Concordia Lutheran College with a BA in Business Management in 1993 and a Post Baccalaureate in Accounting in 2000 from Concordia University at Austin. He is currently working as an auditor for the government and lives in Austin, Texas.

Susan Marcy graduated from Concordia Lutheran College with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in 1984. She is teaching fifth grade at Redeemer Lutheran School in Austin, Texas. Susan is married to Steve Marcy with three children; Charlie (20), Brady (19), and Allie (16) and three step-children; Josh (27), Andrew (25), and Jacob (20). Susan and Steve live in Austin.

William Schatte graduated from Concordia University at Austin with a double major of Communications and Education in 1997, and completed his M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction at Concordia in 2007. He is currently a recruiter and drama director at Concordia High School in Round Rock, Texas. William is married to Karin Schatte with two daughters, Rebecca and Anna. They are happy residents of Austin, Texas.

Lisa Tate graduated from Concordia University Texas with a Master’s in Education in 2011. She received her Bachelor’s in Science from Oklahoma State University and is a Master Level Registered Trainer with the State of Texas. She is currently the Education Director at The Goddard School in Cedar Park. Lisa is married to Randy Tate with two children, Leslie and Lauren, and living in Leander, Texas.

Ashley Green attending Concordia University at Austin from 2004 to 2008 and graduated from Concordia University Texas in May of 2010 with a degree in Business Administration. She currently resides in Houston, Texas. Go Tornados!

Rick Rosenhagen graduated from Concordia Lutheran College in 1982 with a BA in Business Administration. He is an Account Executive with Unified Resources, Inc., a marketing services company in Houston, Texas. He is married to Becky with two children in college, Grant and Emily. Rick and Becky will be celebrating their 26th wedding anniversary in November.

Ruth Sievers
Ruth (nee Schmidt) Sievers graduated from Lutheran College of Texas in 1959 and received her B.S. in Education from Concordia (then College), River Forest, IL in 1961. She completed her studies for her M.A. in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University, River Forest, IL in 1991. In July, 1965, she married Wilbert Sievers of Chicago, and they became the parents of Julie (Meinke), living in MN; Joel, living in Tokyo, Japan; and Joy (Schubert), living in GA. Ruth is grandmother to six, ranging in age from three to eighteen.
